Safety barriers 4500 series has been designed for the protection of entrances and exits of highly automated machines in order to allow access to materials to be processed, maintaining the guarded entrance to protect operators from an inadvertent movement in the danger zone while the machine is running.

JNC-BOX-4500 is the "control box" option for the 4500 series of barriers. It contains all functions necessary to operate the barriers, and, at the same time, a point of support for the interface of the barrier with the rest of the plant.

The use of selector key switch, designed to increase the security level of the barrier itself, for example, when in case of maintenance, the person who must work in dangerous area can extract the keys, and thus prevent some other person may help rearmament of the barrier and allow the start of the machine.

Or in any condition to ensure that the arming of security (in this case the barriers) could be done only by staff specifically trained or instructed.
