Barriers B series of level 4 with resolution 14 mm. and blanking.

These units with PNP static output to be connected directly to PLC or to personal security for the relay output.

The possibility of blanking is useful in machine processing of sheet metal where you need to automatically delete the rays so as not to interfere with the operation of the machine.

Is an important accessory of the barriers "B series" to select and delete the function of a certain number of rays (always keeping safety in the system).

This accessory is particularly useful for those applications where the workpiece blocks either the barrier fixed or mobile. All units are equipped with this feature, selectable by a small programmer, to be included in the circuit of the receiver only at the stage setup.
If the planned change and that is when the workpiece is not more 'in the same position, the barrier moves in lock step, so long as' is not removed the obstacle.

The system allows you to select either the fixed blanking or mobile. The choice of these two solutions, depending on the application of the barrier, the type of processing, and the feeding system of the workpiece.

Blanking fixed

This program provides for the exclusion of a number of adjacent rays, and the protection of the barrier is active only with the active ray that is not selected.

Blanking mobile

This system involves the selection of one or two adjacent rays that can slide along the height of the barrier, if obscured rays do not block the system. By selecting the "floating 1", any radius can block the unit, while the "floating 2" blocks 2 adjacent rays.

Programming unit

19 The program is quite simple. The unit BPU / 3 is connected to the connector on the receiver and once set the programming, the unit can be disconnected. This system is very useful to be able to program a number of barriers and therefore is very economical compared to other fixed units that affects on costs.
